Experienced Automotive Sales Consultant Job Description:
Are you an accomplished automotive sales consultant with great follow up skills, a positive attitude, a knack for building relationships and have great techniques for finding new leads? Then we are looking for you!

The Automotive Sales consultant will work with our customers and assist them with inquiries and purchases. They will possess excellent follow-up skills, effectively build relationships and follow processes. The ideal candidate will be friendly, have a go-getter attitude and be able to work independently as well as a team player. This position is base + commission position.

Qualifications
• 2 Years of previous sales experience
• Ford/Lincoln Experience Preferred, but we will train the right candidate

Highland Park Ford Lincoln is looking for a full-time technician for our Quick Lane. This is a full-time position with Union Benefits.

• Performs oil changes on guest vehicles with efficiency and accuracy 
• Inspects and replaces oil, cabin, air filter and vehicle fluids and check tire pressure.
• Tire mounting and balancing
• Excellent communication skills
• Documents all work performed and recommended on the repair order.
• Road tests vehicles when required or refers to the test technician.
• Ensures that customer's cars are kept clean.

Qualifications and Experience
• Must have Previous Automotive Technician Experience
• Required education: High school Degree and Technical Training  
• Required experience:  1 years minimum
• Must have license and clean driving record

Automotive Service Writer/Advisor Responsibilities and Qualifications:

  • Generating service order estimations and quotes for customers
  • Scheduling appointments, and maintaining an organized schedule
  • Conducting post-repair follow-up
  • ADP / CDK experience preferred
  • Explain cost, service process and time requirements to customers in detail
  • Explain any cost adjustments to customers
  • Educate customers on completed work, all charges on Survey follow-up
